The mystery of Project Athia from Square Enix is finally answered
Square Enix finally revealed the latest information about the game with the temporary title Project Athia. Although it is confirmed to be present on the PS5, Square Enix has not revealed much information about this game.
Even though the information is still minimal, now Square Enix is at least starting to talk about this game. As a start, as quoted from Engadget, Saturday (20/3/2021), this game is confirmed to have a final title, namely Forspoken.
In addition, this game will also star actress Ella Balinska, who is known as Frey Holland in the 2019 film “Charlie Angels”. Square Enix also shared a look at the game Forspoken later.
Based on the uploaded video, the story in this game is likely to highlight the character played by Ella who suddenly appears in Athia’s fantasy world from the modern world.
On his way, he must learn magic to survive in that world. Apart from that information, there are no other leaks revealed by Square Enix regarding this game.

The developer simply said the game will take advantage of the PS5’s capabilities and features to bring you a more immersive experience. The plan, Forspoken will be released in 2022.
On the other hand, Sony recently revealed that it is developing a new virtual reality (VR) headset for their new game console, namely the PlayStation 5 (PS5).
Even though the Japan-based company still hasn’t shown the shape of the headset, Sony has instead shared information about what the VR PS5 or PSVR 2 controller looks like.
Based on images shared by Sony, the VR controller for the PS5 has a unique spherical shape which the company claims will feel comfortable and natural when held.
Although most of the technology in the VR PS5 controller borrows from DualSense, Sony seems to be adding a number of new features to it.
Quoting GSM Arena, Friday (19/3/2021), the new VR controller will be tracked by a headset using a “tracking ring” attached to the bottom of each controller.
In addition, Sony has also optimized the haptic feedback system specifically for the new VR controller form on the PS5 console.
Like DualSense on the PS5, the controllers in the new VR headset will also have adaptive triggers (L2 and R2).
In this way, gamers can feel the difference between each weapon while in the game and will experience a more immersive experience when playing.
In addition, this VR controller will also be able to detect the user’s finger when going through the touch sensitive area where the thumb, index and middle finger are placed.
Each of these VR controllers will act like a half of DualSense, with the left side having an analog, triangle, square, L1, L2, and Create button.
While on the right there is another analog, the cross button, round, R1, R2, and Options. The PS5 VR headset is planned to be launched by Sony as early as 2022.
